“What if we made noodles, but coffee-flavored?!” said no one ever… except for this place called Kochin, which seems to have a thing for coffee-themed desserts.

What we tasted:
— Coffee Noodles (Vietnamese coffee noodles, coffee ice cream, coconut milk “egg white” and dulce de leche ganache “egg yolk”)
— Coffee Bomb (coffee flan, coffee ice cream, lace cookies, brûlée banana, shot of espresso)
— Hibiscus Rose Tea Float (black tea w/ hibiscus syrup, rose water, blood orange sorbet)
