Chocolate Brownie & Coffee Mousse – Topless Baker

Chocolate and coffee, two of the best flavour combinations ever! This simple chocolate brownie and coffee mousse is a great way if you’re looking to get started in entremets and fancy little desserts.

To make the brownie you will need:
100g Chocolate
50g Unsalted Butter
100g Caster Sugar
2 Eggs
Pinch Salt

To make the coffee mousse you will need:
2 Egg Yolks
2 Egg Whites
80g Caster Sugar
200g Milk
10g Instant Coffee/1 Shot of Espresso
160g Heavy Cream
8g Gelatin Powder
50g Boiling Water (For the Gelatin)
