???? For the bottom: mix 100 g 85% melted dark chocolate with 100 g melted butter; then add 2 eggs and bake at 200 C for 20 minutes.
???? soak 10 g gelatine leaves in cold water for 10 minutes; meanwhile warm one espresso coffee with a spoon of instant one and 50 ml of heavy cream, then add your squeezed gelatine and stir vigorously, until it melts.
???? when the chocolate base and the coffee are cold, mix 250 g mascarpone with your favorite sweetener, than incorporate, stirring by hand, 200 ml firm whipped cream and the coffee.
???? put this mix on the cake and leave it in the fridge for 3 hours; finally decorate with pecans and macadamia nuts 4️⃣8️⃣
