MILO-CHOCO JELLY | Ep.59 | Mortar and Pastry

This milo choco jelly recipe is very creamy and yummy! It’s more of like melted chocolate ice cream with lots of chocolate jellies, so if you are that choco-holic you must give this a try!

Ingredients
Choco Jelly:
¼ cup cocoa powder
¼ cup sugar
2 ½ tsp white/clear gelatin
3 sachets milo
3 cups water

1 can (370mL) evaporated milk
1 cup (250mL) all purpose cream
1 can (380g) condensed milk
3 sachets milo

• You can use fresh milk or any milk of your choice aside from evaporated milk
• You can adjust sweetness by adding half can of condensed milk first and add more if desired
• Best served chilled

COSTING:
Cocoa- 10
Sugar- 5
Gelatin- 6
Milo- 42
Evap- 28
Cream- 52
Condensed- 42

TOTAL = 185php
